At The Academy we offer boxing training, which focus on teaching the fundamentals of boxing, this includes how to throw punches, coordinate footwork, head movement and put together combinations.

Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout increasing stamina in the heart and lungs. The class last between 45 mins to one hour and are for all levels of fitness.

You will do a mixture of focus pad partner work as well as drills on the bags. Classes usually include core work and an element of fitness and conditioning work.
